PrimePro Player ("the App") is a media player application. The App does not provide, host, sell or distribute any television channels, movies, series or other media content. All content is supplied by the user through playlists (M3U / Xtream Codes) that the user adds at their own discretion.
- Playlist information (server address, username, password) that you enter is stored ONLY on your device and is used solely to connect to the service you specified.
- App preferences (language, favorites, viewing history, parental-control PIN) are stored locally on your device.
- A device identifier (Device ID / MAC address) is transmitted to our activation server for the sole purpose of validating your app license and its expiry date.
- We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, payment details or location data.
- We do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
The App connects to the internet only to (a) download the playlist you configured, (b) fetch programme information (EPG) and artwork provided by your playlist source, and (c) verify license status with our activation server.
All locally stored data can be removed at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. License records on the activation server are kept only while your subscription is active.
The App is not directed at children. A parental-control PIN feature is provided so that adult categories can be locked by the device owner.
You are solely responsible for the legality of the playlists and content sources you add to the App in your jurisdiction.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available inside the App (Settings → Privacy Policy) and at https://primeproplayer.com/privacy.html.
